Today we are confronted with a unique situation. Most of us are faced with staying at home with our families and intimate partners, or alone and relating from a distance online.
Maybe dealing with the stress of being in the unknown, vulnerable and facing this new situation without the normal resources and distractions to escape into when things get tense at home.
We know many of us are facing the fear of needing to be more intimate and physically close to each other and might not know how to handle it.
It is natural to have relationship dynamics intensify under these conditions and we would like to dedicate our next Online Workshop to support you with what you might be dealing with in your home and relationships.
Maybe it’s with your intimate partner, or maybe a family member. It’s nothing to be ashamed about but it’s also an opportunity to work with it and grow into more emotional intelligence.
