Experiencing a meaningful, receptive, and loving connection with our sexuality is one of the essential keys to personal and spiritual growth. As we grow into emotional maturity, we begin to crave a deeper state of presence within ourselves, with our partners and relationships.
During these days, we will explore the healing capacity of our bodies nervous systems to build intimacy in our lives, learning how we can create a foundation for awareness and understanding to flourish within our sexuality.
This process is a bridge between therapy and meditation and supports the healing of the heart and sensitivity that filters through the body – from a state of separation to union with our feelings, emotions and physical presence.
Together we create a safe and loving environment to experience new understandings and tools, both individually and within the group, opening our natural joy, liveliness and spontaneity.
